Group Discounts 

Organise your own group, large or small, family, friends or work colleagues, and take advantage of our discounts. More people mean greater savings, so everyone benefits. The whole group must book at the same time to arrive on the same dates, though you can book different methods of travel.

In return for giving group discounts we ask that one party leader is selected for coordinating the group and is the only point of contact with ourselves. Group leaders are responsible for imparting all knowledge of our holidays and the booking onto their group. We cannot be held responsible for group misconceptions later down the lane.

The free place is calculated from the average  basic holiday cost per person after any accommodation, travel or child reductions and does not include any supplements or holiday taxes. Group discounts apply to initial numbers booking only and not to later, subsequent additions. If the group size reduces after booking, we will re-calculate the cost of the holiday of those still travelling. The number of free places will be reduced accordingly and if the chalet is under occupied, empty bed charges will be applicable.

All negotiations, correspondence, invoicing and ticket distribution must be handled by the party leader. Deposits and final balance must be paid by a single payment at the appropriate time. (If you choose to pay with more than one payment then there is a charge of £10 per cheque or card in addition to the normal 2% surcharge). Names must be supplied at least 8 weeks prior to departure.
