Resort Manager

The Resort Manager and Representatives play a vital role in ensuring that you have an excellent holiday. They will collect you from the airport and assist you with ski school, ski hire and ski pass requirements. They are on hand throughout your stay to arrange that all important apres-ski, to help familiarise you with your resort and accommodation and to assist with any queries you may have.

Experienced Staff

Our chalet hosts are keen cooks, most having done a cookery course and/or having catering experience, they are also cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking and outgoing. They make your beds, keep the chalet clean and tidy and generally look after you, we hope you will get to know them during your stay. 

Chalet Hotels

Our Chalet Hotels have a qualified and professional Chef assuring our guests of consistently good and imaginative menus each season, whilst the Chalet Hotel Manager & Rep and his/her team of hosts look after you front of house.
