Responsible for hosting a chalet party. Must be personable, outgoing and extremely organised. As well as working with a budget, you must be able to prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal to a high dinner party standard, 6 days of the week. Also responsible for the cleanliness of the chalet. Must have a friendly personality, be motivated and a presentable appearance is essential. Either working on your own or as part of a team. Relevant qualifications and/or cooking experience essential. Chalet Couple- France / Austria
To run their own chalet and compliment one another, same responsibilities as for Chalet Cook. Head Chef - France
Candidates must have professional experience and be able to cook for large numbers producing imaginative meals whilst working to a budget. Menu planning, ordering and general responsibility for the kitchen including full involvement in maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleaning standards. Meals to be provided include breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner to an exceptional standard. Assistant Chef - France
To assist Head Chef, previous cooking experience essential, must be confident, well organised, enthusiastic and quick to learn. Chalet Host - France & Austria
Responsibilities include cleaning, setting up of the dining room for all meals, serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. A major part of his or her job is socialising with the guests. An outgoing and friendly personality and presentable appearance is essential. Bar Person - France
Position involves working within a team between three bars. We are looking for well presented, outgoing, enthusiastic people with some spoken French. Usual bar duties including cash handling, restocking, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, cashing up and helping to ensure the bars run smoothly and efficiently. Chalet Hotel Manager - France
Will be in overall charge of their unit, taking full responsibility for the standards set and the smooth running of the chalet, including all aspects of the chalet hotel operation and customer care. Usually recruited from within the ranks of past staff but if not, is generally aged over 25 and must have past experience of a similar position of responsibility, combined with a good working knowledge of French, organisational skills, able to lead as well as be part of a team and handle day to day administration and accounts. Must be prepared to be fully committed to the position and possess excellent communication skills. Resort Representatives - France and Austria
Responsible for meeting guests at the airport or station, giving excellent customer care and service throughout the week as well as organising an apres ski programme and ski leading where permitted. Applicants should only apply for this position if they speak the local language fluently, are aged over 25, outgoing, able to mix well and work as part of a team. A Resort Representative must be a 'people's person', enthusiastic, highly motivated and able to cope under stress as well as having a high degree of organisational skills and accounting ability.
